Employment Now HR Generalist. at CEO Business School
- Responsibilities :
- Selection and recruitment by finding and placing the right person in the right place.
- Managing personnel files with regard to recruitment, training, insurance leave, and leave Balance.
- Preparing the monthly payroll for all employees.
- Coordination with the various departments in the company in all cases concerning employees.
- Explaining the company's policies and procedures for work to all company employees.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
- 1- 3 years' of experience working in Human Resources.
