- Main responsibilities :

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.

- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.

- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).

- Attend meeting with the CEO and taking notice (MOM).

- Job Requirements :

- Bachelor degree .

- Presentable.

- Excellent skills in excel, word and outlook.

- 1 year of experience .

- Excellent up to fluent English speaker .

- Excellent writing professional e-mails & assistant to CEO to write notes in the meeting.

- Benefits :

- Two days off: Friday &Saturday .

- Working hours: 8: 45AM: 5PM.
