- Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
- Schedule, organize and conduct interviews & related tests.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Job Requirements :
- BSc Degree in any relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience at the same field.
- Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverable.
