The motivation was always to build up and develop a business based on high professional personnel applying the latest versions of related international standards and codes.
- Job Description :
1. Carry out site observation and prepare site visit reports during construction phase to examine system to verify that cleaning and commissioning have been performed and ensure that the site is ready to perform the needed test & balance tests.
2. In cooperation with QS & pricing department, ensure that all used instruments are calibrated according to the calibration certificates provided by the manufacturer.
3. Conduct all test & balance tests for all HVAC machines/equipment by applying NEBB procedures and regulations.
4. Monitor, record and verify all the readings and measurements and ensure that they are in compliance with NEBB standard procedures, project specification and Method Statement.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering.
- Good up to V. Good command of English.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office program and V. Good in AutoCAD.
- Very Good knowledge of all testing and balancing tests, (water, air, vibrations tests, etc.).
- Good knowledge of the NEBB procedures.
