- Job Description :
- Following up and reviewing all documentation.
- Providing the forecasted and actual due payments to the financial team to prepare the financial reports.
- Receive purchase requisition from departments.
- Issue Purchase orders.
- Follow up with vendors in aspects of deliveries, payments, and quality issues if any.
- Maintain stocks levels.
- Assure that the requestor needs were fulfilled on time.
- Procurement, sourcing, and contracting of materials, supplies,equipment, and services.
- Coordinate with user departments (Account) and suppliers.
- Handling the day-to-day activities of the Procurement department.
- Job Requirement :
- Computer skills including word, excel.
- Industrial background is a must.
- Experience from 1 year to 3 in industrial purchasing.
- Good English.
- Communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
Working conditions:
-6 days/week (Friday off).
-working hours 9 AM to 5 PM.
