Job Description :
Making job analysis & job description for various departments through a tailored questionnaire.
Creating & updating the organization chart for the Company.
Creating, developing Performance Management & performance appraisal system.
Creating scale & grading system & Promotion.
Analyze all performance appraisal reports.
Provide advice to employees of the human resources information system
Learning Development "Training":
Managing Training and Professional Development, Organization Development.
