Profile : Multi Food was established in 1999 specializing in the Importation and distribution of products in the confectionery field; the concepts behind Multi Food was for diversification of the products imported, increases our distribution channels, and serve our clients with high quality elite products. Due to our good reputation, our suppliers all over the world have trusted us with representing their products in the Egyptian market. Multi Food succeeded its main aim which is to act as a multinational company with national capabilities; Acting as a leading company in the market, Multi Food was the first company in Egypt to import smoked salmon, and caviar in the late 90s. Moreover, it was the first to introduce Caramel Microwave popcorn later in 2011 and Caramel Spread in 2014. We are proud to say that some of our brands are now market leaders among their competitors. Multi Food now is one of the biggest companies in the confectionery field in Egypt.
- Responsibilities :
- Sourcing potential candidates for various positions.
Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
- Administer health and life insurance programs.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
- Fostering a stronger relationship between employees and ensuring their collaboration as a team.
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
- Ordering office supplies both through monitoring and anticipating needs and responding to requests from staff.
- Visitor Management and Reception.
- Coordinate with various office services vendors (e.g., ISP, telephone, office security system) on contracts, service interruptions, and maintenance.
- Day-to-day point of contact for on-site vendor/contractor staff.
- Manage the Front office staff and ensure the office including all common areas and meeting rooms are tidy and operational on a regular basis.
- Manage and provide regular upkeep to meeting rooms and vacant offices.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (oral and writing).
- Proficiency using Microsoft office programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a multitasking environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Resourcefulness and Logical Reasoning.
