Profile :- TripleM Egypt is a construction company.
- Job Description :
• Study all tender documents.
• Prepare a project brief.
• Prepare and compile the BOQ in accordance with Tender instructions.
• Compare and contrast between tender specifications and drawings.
• Attend tender site visit and prepare report.
• Contact suppliers and subcontractors for offer.
• Comparative analysis between different offers.
• Negotiate and reach agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Compile a list of suppliers and subcontractors categorized with remarks, history and reliability • To be the company's internal contact point for the client during the inquiry and bidding.
• Present the company during any phase of the tendering and bidding process.
- Job Requirements :
Bachelor of Architectural Engineering.
• 3-5 years’ work experience in Tendering preferred on retail and residential field.
• Experience in Construction, Finishing, and Fit-out projects.
• Very good skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD.
• Good command of the English Language (Written and Spoken).
• Time management and abiding by strict deadlines.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Excellent Organization Skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
