We are looking for Talented Architects (fresh graduates -up to 3 years’ experience) For a New BIM agency based in Cairo.

Parttime – Fulltime positions available.

Job Description

Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under tight deadlines, while maintaining high quality

standards

• Prepare 3D BIM model using Revit

• Extract 2D Shop-drawings and 3D presentation

• Performs routine tasks under general supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.

• Designs components or portions of systems and modifies existing designs to develop or improve them.

• Performs product research; assists project designers and other project architects with materials selection

• Assist in preparation of LOD and data collection.

• Assist in preparation of material take-off

• Prepare the final submittal drawings.

• Other responsibilities as determined by the project requirements.

job Requirements

• Bachelor in Architecture Engineering

• 0-3 years of experience in technical office & site supervision in Egypt

• 0-3 years of experience in Finishing Works & Construction

• Mastering different drawing tools ( Revit excellent usage is a must).

• Scan to BIM knowledge (point cloud) -a plus (please highlight in email title)

• High teamwork skills.

• Problem solver

• Ability to work under pressure
