Profile : We are experts in Trademark registration.We have Our highly-qualified and fully aware lawyers of all cases related to trademark counterfeiting lawsuit .At IGPIS “TM Registration Agents”, we undertake the responsibility for protecting and registering the trademarks and the industrial designs, as well as providing patent authentication services within the Arab Republic of Egypt and abroad.
At the very beginning, our main objective was to protect the intellectual property rights of all our clients in a way that builds mutual trust over fifteen years in the field of trademark registration, including all legal advice related to trademark cases and disputes, whether being trademark infringement cases or issues related to trademark registration procedures.
- Main Responsibility :
1- Time controlling.
- Daily monitoring sites attendance.
- Prepare daily and monthly attendance report.
2- Personnel
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Follow up the implementing HR policies.
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Managing the whole process of social & medical insurance.
- Follow up phone allowance.
3- Recruitment
- Job posting - Screening – Short listing - Interview scheduling - and hiring candidates.
4- Payroll
- Assist in payroll process by tracking employees attendance data and preparing payroll sheet with the documentation of employees compensation and benefits.
- Job Requirements :-
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field is preferred.
- Experience from 5-6 years (experience in contracting co. is plus).
- Good command of English.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Package.
- Very Good Knowledge of labor law and regulation.
- Benefits :-
- Salary 5000-7000 according to interview.
- Social and Medical insurance to be provided after probation period.
- Day off: Fridays and Saturdays.
- Work location: Nasr City.
