A Big Catering Company located in new Cairo is Hiring
*Corporate Sales Manager
*Job Responsibilities
- Negotiate and confirm new and repeat business within designated social and corporate catering markets through various
efforts (lead follow up, telemarketing, direct mail, referrals, internet prospecting, etc.) to maximize revenues to meet/ exceed
individual revenue goals.
- Develop plans and actions by analyzing historical, current and future catering /market trends and creates selling strategies to
maximize catering revenues.
- Selling Activities in Conjunction with outside corporate sales (Companies, Banks, Gym,etc).
- Set up outside sales appointments as outline in goals.
- Solicit new business from existing customer base through phone contact, trade shows and professional and community
organizations.
- Meet/exceed monthly sales activities goals. (Outside calls, prospecting calls, side inspections, entertainment, and networking.)
- Develop corporate sales agreements.
- Negotiate contract with clients.
- Managing Customer Satisfaction.
- Handle all Catering inquiries and ensure timely follow up.
- Build and maintain corporate customer loyalty.
- Manage business to meet or exceed catering financial targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records, data base and reports to provide history, ensure future and current quality service and
enhance future prospects.
- Prepare reports as requested by SD.
- Regularly participate in local, industry and/or national networking events in order to access new contacts for new
accounts/business.
- Review and update menus/packages/upgrades regularly to ensure we are satisfying guests’ needs and maximizing revenue.
*Job Requirements
- Experience 5:10 Years.
- Female only.
- Preferably Catering Experience Only
- BS Degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, organizational skills, computer skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong desire to deliver high quality of customer service.
