As customer senior project manager for highly complex project for Electrical domain, who works directly with the customer /
subcontractors and all project stakeholders to secure the project deliverables within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the leadership of the Electrical package leader, the candidate will lead Full scope of Electrical during execution phase in
addition to the proper coordinating with all stakeholders ensuring achieving the overall project goals.
Ensure good re-use of all lesson learnt from relevant project and sharing the knowledge & experience within the team for the
best project execution possible.
Electrical power technical background is essential having experience in MV and LV with utilities
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Educational Background: Electrical Power Engineering, BSc.or MSc Degree
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 10-15 years’ experience.
Leading technical projects or large and international Customer projects
Electrical power technical background is essential having experience in MV and LV with utilities
Skills requirement:
Established project management, coaching skills and leadership capability.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to lead with agility functional and remote technical team having different fields of expertise
Proven ability to create solid relationship with customer technical leaders.
Build trust with customers
Able to communicate in concise and synthetic manner complex technical issues/topics
Able to make decisions in complex context based on imperfect/missing conditions
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written), French will be valuable
