- Job Description :-
- Handling the Recruitment processes as per the manpower budget plan .
- Advertising all vacancies internally and externally through various Recruitment media platforms.
- Carrying out all administrative arrangements for the selection process.
- Creating job descriptions & job requirements (if needed).
- Create job offers.
- Conduct employee Onboarding and Orientation sessions.
- Reviews and maintains employee personnel files, and makes sure that they are complete and complies with labor law & the company policies.
- Records & updates employees’ information using HRIS.
- Coordinates social insurance in and out for employees as per legal and governments requirements/as needed and assure correctness.
- Handles all personnel tasks.
- Handles Monthly Attendance.
- Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
- Handles the performance appraisal process.
- Handle Medical insurance matters.
