- Job Description :-
- Deal with sponsors /clients and handling all queries.
- Coordinate all event’s& courses details such as suppliers, equipment and productions.
- Coordinate facilities as decoration, catering, entertainment, invitees list, and promotional material.
- Coordinate and monitor courses timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Managing all operational and administrative functions.
- Improve Quality for all production materials.
- Tracks the monthly maintenance role and ensuring 100% functionality
- Monitoring stock levels of Stationery and Consumables used by Employees.
- Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree
- From 2-4 years of experience
- Good English language
- Flexile in working hours
- Pro-active and hands-on – happy to help employees.
- creative.
- Good Microsoft office Command.
- Good attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a busy workload.

- Location : Fifth Settlement.
