NPT Engineer responsible for infrastructure creation of any project due to demand for brownfield & greenfield projects.

About the process

NPT process in the organization is defined to take the responsibility of capacity creation and product scale-up projects. The project can be

New Product Scale-up Projects or Capacity creation projects

Job requirements

Bachelor's of Chemical Engineering

Not petrochemicals

3 to 5 years of experience in the same field

Good command of

AUTOCAD 3D

ASPEN PLUS

FLOW TRAN

Responsibilitie

* Deliver the project performance in terms of quality goals

*Maintain records of project documentation and handover necessary documents to owner in coordination with section chief - NPT process

*Implement safety practices during project execution & track the progress of project on timely basis

*Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certificate insuring processes comply with

safety and quality standards.

*prepare concept notes, P&IDs& do FEED engineering.

*Capture learning in the form of OPL, MP sheets, COPQ

*Prepare purchase orders, track procurement and payments and deliver payments.

*Responsible for preparing & updating projects "BOQs" and calculating quantities.
