Quality Specialist Jobs at Gourmet Egypt In 2021

Gourmet Egypt is currently hiring Quality Specialist

What You Will Do

·Proactively support quality management system process and improvement projects.

·Monitors Departmental non-conformance with QA Standards and procedures.

·Receiving all raw materials and confirming that they are all met the standards.

·Follow up GMPs.

·Ensure factory and machinery cleaning conditions.

·Follow up processing lines to make sure that all products are produced and dispatched within standards.

·Checking the packaging specification (shelf life, right packaging material, packaging data, carton message in details, …….)

·Review product and raw materials shelf life and storage conditions.

·Assuring FIFO and FEFO systems

·Check all critical control points and make sure that they are controlling the hazards properly.

·Make sure that all the labors well trained and knowing all related issues to food production.

·Follow up chemical usage and concentrations.

·Follow up the identification process for all items at plant.

·Organoleptic taste sampling and evaluation.

·Ensure that all the required data are recorded on the QC database system

·Suggests methods for improving product quality or design, or manufacturing processes.

Requirements

·Bachelor' s degree in Agriculture (Food Science), or Veterinarian (Preferred).

·Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance FSMS (preferred meat industry).

·6th October residence (preferred).
