Job description
- Make analysis to all problems & Complaint analysis
- Share the technical information to all department
- Allocate the Technicians between Service Centers
- Contact with the maintenance department
- Contact the warehouse department for the accessories and spare parts price.
- Collect all problems whether Software or hardware and send it the Quality department in China
- Share the technical information to all department.
- Publish all news related to the software.
- Training the staff & perform Technical test to new commers.
- Report to the manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering.
- Min 3 Years in Maintenance.
- V.good English language command.
- Solid Experience in Mobile Repairing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
