Profile :- Amico pharma is fast growing pharmaceutical distribution company .
Main duties :-
- Work on purchasing needs/requests in company.
- Help in forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
- Ensure that all administration and documentation of purchasing processes are compliant with company policy.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers/vendors.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing in order to get the best deal.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Job Requirements :-
- Not less than 5 Years of Professional Experience in Purchasing in the Pharmaceutical industry ,Cosmetics or FMCG is a must.
- Ability to gather and analyze data.
- Negotiation and networking skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
- Alexandria resident only.
