Profile :- Khozam Group was established in 1960 with more than 55 years of experience, in the field of evaluating auctions and real estate. We decided to expand our field to meet the market’s request on real estate. Developing residential and commercial projects.
- Job Requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Exposure to projects in the real-estate field.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience working as a civil engineer on similar projects.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes PREFERABLY FIDIC.
- Great leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Superb mathematical, time-management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability to perform construction site visits outside of business hours, when relevant.
