Role title: Service Delivery Manager
Function: Vodafone Digital Healthcare Business Unit
Role purpose : Service Delivery Manager will oversee the project team, project delivery, implementation and
integration of different 3rd part applications owned by various vendors within the UHI project.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Responsible for building, running and continuously improving the end-to-end delivery model for UHI
project by continuously standardizing the best practices and tools for project execution and management
• Manage and lead a team including Project Managers, business analyst/Product Owners, Architects, Infra
structure and subject matter consultants to deliver successful projects maintaining high customer satisfaction
and high product quality.
• Responsible for scope management of the solution
• Maintain customer project portfolio, understand the business issues, challenges of client's project, suggest
areas of improvement and resolve any issues or problems that hinder work process.
• Accountable for the customer satisfaction and responsible for Customer Service Improvement Plans and
Crisis management
• Accountable for the cost management of the solution delivery and contribute to revenue growth through
up-selling opportunities
• Holds regular review meetings with Senior Leadership to facilitate communication and develop standardized
progress reports and metrics reporting for senior management & customer and reports to the Director of the
Digital Healthcare Unit in VF
• Coordinate project team, customer and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor performance and maintain delivered solutions according to requirements and ensure that all
projects are delivered on-time, within scope & budget and measure project performance using appropriate
systems, tools and techniques.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and third parties/vendors and is single point of
escalation for all program tracks
• Participate and contribute in presales activities. Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

• Manage multi project scope / programs using different project methodologies waterfall and agile
(preferable) and having several integration vendors
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Engineering or computer science
• 10+ years of experience in IT field and leading IT project delivery teams
• Technical background is preferable with experience in software development and web technologies
• Proven track record in successful delivery for large scale software projects
• Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense
business environment.
• Experience in working under stress and responding to deadlines imposed by emergency situations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience in software solutions (ERP, Web applications development, Mobile development…etc.)
• Preferable business domain Healthcare
