Service Engineers:-
Responsibilities :-
Responsible for meeting monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, such as:
- Repair short completion lead time
- High repair quality.
- Daily Technicians’ Productivity
- Service Center Expenses
- Manage spare parts warehouse and ensure stock counting accuracy.
- Work cross functionally with other company departments to ensure best service quality for external customers
Essentials for Success :-
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within the Supervision of Home Appliances Customer Service center.
- Strong supervision of a repair process, and basic business operations is strongly desired
- Strong skills in multi-tasking and proactive thinking
Job Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s Degree [Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics]
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages
- Experience in dealing with SAP ERP is an asset
- Fluent in English Language
