Profile :- Arcon is an Egyptian company works in the field of integrated contracting as it was and still distinguished with working in the huge industrial and infrastructure projects especially in the field of oil, gas, power plants as well as the great industrial projects, and petrochemicals.The trade sector also was added to the company through business partnerships with great international companies in the field of metal doors with their various types (solo agent of Al Kuhaimi), paints, construction chemicals and fire resistance systems.
Job Description :-
1- Receiving purchase orders from all company divisions and inviting appropriate offers
From all companies around the world
2- Evaluating the offers technically and financially and selecting the best offer in terms of fulfilling the conditions.
3- Evaluating suppliers by ensuring the suppliers' capabilities to fulfill purchase orders and requirements
Requests for quotations and materials questionnaire.
4- Issue a purchasing order and send it to the chosen supplier.
5- Coordination with the concerned departments within the company in the supply process
6- Coordination with shipping companies to ensure the delivery of the goods to the company's land
7- Preparing weekly reports to the direct administration on what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, and a statement
the prices.
8- Organizing and keeping procurement records and forms and entering them on the computer as directed
Direct supervisor.
9- Responsible for additional purchases according to the factory’s request, whether administrative purchases and so on.
Experience: 2: 3 years in the field of procurement of forming iron in its various sectors
