Hiring Secretary / Receptionist at Ellaithy Auto Group

Ellaithy Auto Group is hiring for: Secretary / Receptionist.

- Job Summary :

The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director.

- Duties/Responsibilities :

- Provides administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Requirements and skills :

- At Least 2 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Familiarity with office organization and treating well with CEO.
- Multi-tasking.
- Time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.

- Working Conditions :

- Location: Cairo between Nasr City and Sheraton.
- Hours: 8 Hours ( Rotational).
